“Roomy” Residential Dwelling In Vereeniging Up For Grabs

Park Village Auctions will soon bring to market a family home with “plenty of room” for extended family or tenants in Homer, Vereeniging.

That’s the word from PVA’s Thato Mamabolo who advises buyers to “act fast” as the property in question is “sure to be snapped up in no time”.

Located at number 20 Michael Avenue, Homer, the main house comprises an entrance hall, a lounge, a dining area, a kitchen, three bedrooms with built-in cupboards and two bathrooms.

The two bedroom cottage runs on pre-paid electricity and features a lounge, a kitchen and one bathroom.

The property, measuring 991sqms in total, also features a large swimming pool, a separate building which comprises one room, a toilet and laundry, two garages, a paved driveway, a storeroom and an office.

Mamabolo says that the property is ideal for large families or those seeking to offset costs by accommodating tenants. Homer is an established residential suburb with many schools, medical, shopping, transport and public service facilities nearby.

Viewing to be arranged by appointment only via Thato Mamabolo on 072 126 7918 or tmambolo@pvaproperty.co.za. The property will be on show on Sunday the 9th of July from 2-5 pm.

The auction will take place on-site on Wednesday the 12th of July at 11 am.

Motoring Mania Auction

Park Village Auctions is moving into high gear this July with yet another massive auction which will see a large assortment of genuine, repossessed vehicles made available at their Martindale premises on the 12th of July.

The wide selection ensures that there is something for everyone, from basic hatchbacks and student orientated cars to top of the range SUV’s and luxury sedans.

Says Clive Lazarus of PVA, who will oversee the auction: “With the considerable drop in petrol prices this month on the back of a stronger Rand and lower crude oil prices, buyers will have more room in their budgets and the auction is sure to provide them with that extra bang for their buck.

“Over and above joining us in person, our live webcasts [which enables bidders to participate in the auction online in real-time] are gaining tremendous popularity and should account for a good portion of the day’s bidders.”

Park Village Auctions’ Martindale car auctions have earned a solid reputation for securing reasonable –often better than dealer- prices for vehicles across the spectrum.  A quick look at prices fetched during last month’s auctions reveals that good quality cars are still available and great prices. Some examples of these sales include:

  • A 2016 BMW I8 eDrive (10 015km’s) sold for R1 120 000.
  • A 2014 Ford Focus 2.0 GTD (70 370km’s) sold for R179 000
  • A 2006 Opel Corsa Utility 1.7 (25 2269km’s) sold for R31 500.
  • A 2013 Mercedes CL 65 AMG (46 673km’s) sold for R750 000
  • A 2015 Ford Ranger 2.2 (48 088km’s) sold for R190 000
  • A 2007 Ford Bantam (16 1297kms) sold for R36 000

The Motoring Mania auction will take place on Wednesday the 12th of July, from 10:30 am at PVA’s Bank Repo Centre, 221 Main Road, Martindale, Johannesburg. Viewing will take place the day prior from 9am-4pm.
