There was a residential property out for auction in midrand but the community mobilised and stopped the auction from taking place. Will that property be auctioned again? What is park village doing to warn the people that attended the auction about the dangers? though the auctioneer handled the situation very well. There should be a warning stating the risk factors to these kind of auctions.
